Excellent location to be on a calm location and to drive to the lovely beaches on the island. Great house for group of 8 to 12, depending if all house is available or only the upper apartment. External area is great for cooking and pool size is ok.

We have just returned from a faboulas stay at Villa Kermes. We had 10 guest and found trhe property to be spacious, clean with all the amenities required for our group. Upon arrival we were greted by Maria the host representative, although er arrived late in the evening she was easy and obliging. She showed us the property and kept in touch throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Every day Maria would send a message with an idea for sightseeing in the area. Very kind and professional. The views from the property are outstanding and a joy to sit and chill on the balconies. The area is lovely, out of the bust streets but still close enough to get all your shopping or hitting the bars. On the whole really happy with the stay and would recommend it. Please not the pool was not heated as per advert and the lake is ten minutes drive not really a mere walk.
