Welcome to our 4-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom newly renovated – 2,300 sq ft home! This modern space has an open floor plan, oversized windows, high ceilings, all new appliances/fixtures, ample living space and so much more! The property is conveniently located on a side street on the West Side, close to WPI, Clark, Holy Cross, the DCU Center, Polar Park and Downtown Worcester! During your stay, you’ll have access to the entire house. The main level includes a kitchen with the basics you’ll need for cooking, baking and making coffee/tea. Off the kitchen you’ll find a pantry with other household essentials and a wine fridge for additional space. On the main level you'll also find a larger family room with a sitting area, foosball table and TV. The other living room includes a sitting area, TV and is right off the dining area. Both TVs are equipped with YouTube Live TV channels. The first floor is finished off with the dining room and half bath. The second level has all 4 bedrooms. The bedrooms include all sleeping essentials and extra pillows/blankets. Each room has a closet with a clothes rack and hangers. The full bath is central to all 4 rooms and it includes towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and etc. Enjoy free parking on the driveway! There’s enough space for 3 average sized cars. There’s also additional free street parking in front of the home.
We come to the area often to visit family is this is our favorite place to stay! Great house, great hosts!

The house is situated in a quiet residential area in Newton Square on the West Side. The neighborhood is walkable to parks, cafes, and small shops. It’s also far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to everything you’d need in Worcester like Universities, the DCU Center, Hospitals, and restaurants/shopping.
The home is conveniently located on a side street, on the West side of Worcester. There is private parking on the driveway that fits 3 average sized cars. Street parking is also available free of charge. If driving, the major highway that runs through the city is I-290 which also has access to other major highways.
The home is within walking distance of cafes, parks, and a grocery store. However, we do recommend traveling via car or rideshare.
