The space is fully furnished complete with all the necessities you will need to make your stay memorable and relaxing. We have Television to entertain you all day long and to maximize your bonding time together, an Airconditioner, complete cooking and kitchen utensils, bidet and water heater for the comfort rooms. Towels are provided for a maximum of 4 guests, blankets also available depending on guests staying. We also have a balcony where guests can lounge, sit down have a good sip of coffee while enjoying the cool weather and view of Tagaytay.

We enjoyed staying at Ms Grace place. We got everything we need plus the very strategic location. Also, Ms Ems was very responsive to all my needs and inquiry. Will definitely be back here again..😊
Super Hassle check-in & Unresponsive Host/caretaker - When we got there, we were informed that our info/details hasn't been forwarded yet by the host to the admin of the building (when in fact I already sent them a copy of our ids a few days before our stay). This caused us to wait for so long in the lobby waiting for the admin's approval. We sent a text message to the numbers given to us by the host on our way to Tagaytay but we barely get a response. I only received a text message from the caretaker when she ask kung ilan kameng magchecheck in. I advised na tatlo kame pero dalawa pa rin ung towel at blanket na iniwan nila. I also asked multiple times via the Airbnb portal and text message kung may plantsa ng damit sa unit but I did not get a single response. Okay lang naman po kung wala, pero sana nagreply po kayo. :(

We are just beside Olivarez Complex where public transport buses coming to and from Manila and the neighboring towns usually stop. You can take the option to either walk (5mins) or take the tricycle (1min) to the property. Malls such as Fora and Serin are very near our place, so just in case you missed out on something, get hungry or you just simply want to take a stroll.
New McDonald’s with overlooking view of Taal is just right infront of us, and a lot of restaurants around the corner such as JT’s Manukan, KFC, Andok’s, Macao Imperial Tea, etc.
Tagaytay Prime Residences is a 24 storey condomium located in the heart of Tagaytay and very near commercial estblishments so it will not be a problem if anytime of the day you will be thinking of going out and getting something for yourselves.

I'm a full time mom to 3 adorable girls and a house wife to a real estate professional. Travelling is always a happy bonding time for our family so I want to give back the same feeling to our guests when they visit Tagaytay and stay in our place. I also try to find ways on how to keep my life on track by doing things such as this.. replying to several inquires, and entertaining guests and at the same time enjoy my role as a mother.
