The standout feature of the condo was undeniably the spectacular view it offered. Additionally, the convenience of the parking made our stay hassle free. The location was ideal, and the owner was responsive and attentive. It was evident that the condo could benefit from some updating.

This is no doubt a great place to stay in. My family and myself lived there for two months. The apartment is well organized, the rooms spacious and gifted with a generous natural light and view (even the Griffith from living room!). Breakfast at sunrise at the Marquis will be one of our fondest memories... The building's amenities are also a plus: pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi all in an impeccable state. The position is also remarkable: Westwood is at walking distance and the bus 20 downstairs can directly get you to Santa Monica, or, in the opposite direction, Hollywood, LACMA, LaBrea, etc. For those visiting without a car this is a big plus. No place is perfect, of course. Wilshire boulevard is obviously noisy. More importantly, furniture, bathrooms and kitchen cabinets/utensils would benefit from renovation. The hosts were very kind in replacing some stuff and everything works perfectly, but some things look outdated. Still worth our money, we think, considering the crazy LA market!

Our Host (Shervin) was incredible. He was very accommodating and available to respond to my questions. He was also flexible with check-in and check-out times. He allowed for early check in and late check out which was extremely helpful especially because I was travelling with very young children. He was so kind to check in on us during the storm in Los Angeles, to ensure we were safe. The accommodation was very clean and had all of the necessities for our entire stay. The beddings and towels were clean and there was lots of clean replacement for our stay. The neighbourhood (Wilshire Blvd) is right in the centre of Westwood and Beverly Hills axis of Los Angeles, in close proximity to restaurants, shopping centres, super stores etc. This is definitely the perfect place to stay if you are in Los Angeles and I will definately recommend it any day, any time.

Very nice location with beautiful scenery in Westwood. Very safe and well-equipped unit. Very kind and friendly host with a quick response. I want to stay Shervin’s unit again someday.
