There were 2 things that really stood out. 1. The host continued to ignore our request to have a late checkout. We had asked multiple times on different occasions before the trip to make sure it was convenient for the host, but was completely disregarded even when we were sent all the info the night of. I would have appreciated an answer even if it was "no" since my husband & baby needed to plan accordingly. Was not helpful at all other than the copy and paste "welcome" text. 2. There was hair from past guest in the tub and on the shower walls. The directions getting in & check in went smoothly and the place was spacious.

Cute condo with comfortable beds and plenty of space to stretch out. Steps from the bay and a beautiful courtyard view from balcony. Host was very friendly and responsive

Wasn’t the best place for our family. Was dusty, cob webs, cabinet door hanging off the hinge, not enough towels/wash cloths, and we were not informed that the pool was out of commission. Aubrey messaged our first morning there to ask if we were comfortable. When i responded with questions concerning some of the issues, she stopped replying. Did not get back to me throughout the week, until directions for checkout the last day. Disappointing.

Aubrey was super helpful and the place was exactly like the pictures! We felt extremely safe at this location!
