One bedroom with 3-4 beds, a spacious living room with a bedsofa for two, kitchen with all commodities, bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a terasse with a table for 6-8 people.

joli appartement avec une magnifique terrasse idéalement situé à quelques mètres seulement de l'océan avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille. Hôtes accueillants.

Perfect place in Capreton if you want to go surfing or spend some time at the beach. Flat ist tidy and has absolutely everything you would need. Thank you.
Le logement est agréable très bien situé, proche de la mer et des lieux de divertissement. Tout peut se faire à pied ou à vélo. L’appartement est spacieux, très facile pour une famille avec 3 « ados » 10 ans, 11 ans et 15 ans. Les produits essentiels sont disponibles. On a pu utiliser des planches de morey et et 2 vélos. Et faire des parties d’échec…🙏 On a passé un très très agréable séjour Merci

The apartment is located in the "Golden Triangle" of Capbreton meaning that it is ideally situated next to the main beach, the port and city centers of Capbreton and Hossegor.
You can buy fresh fish at the port directly from the fishermen, buy your baguette at one of the several bakeries, buy home made ice-cream or enjoy one of the many local delicacies at the restaurants next to us.
There is a small grocery store in the next street and should you want to do big grocery shopping, you can either take the bike or car for a 5-10 minutes to get the hyper markets (Leclerc, Inter-Marché etc.)
Several surf schools are just in our street where you can book lessons or just a surf for rent.
There is a new big skatepark in Capbreton onand you can play tennis at the Hossegor tennis courts or the local "Pala" in Capbreton.
From the apartments you can walk or take a bike to the beaches and the citycenters of in Capbreton and Hossegor. As you have a parking space included with the rental, you can also take the car should you want to discover places further away.

Bonjour, Nous sommes une famille internationale qui aime les voyages et les nouvelles découvertes. Cet appartement est notre camp de base dans cette région que je visite régulièrement depuis l’enfance. Nous sommes avec ma femme et nos trois enfants de vrais amoureux de Capbreton Hossegor. Le quartier est très agréable et calme, à deux pas de l’Océan et de tout. On s’y sent bien! Les environs sont facilement accessibles à pied ou en vélo, moyen de transport idéal pour votre séjour.
