The photos of the outside areas do not do this place justice. It’s so beautiful and when standing on the back deck you can clearly hear the ocean. Richard was immediately responsive to any questions we had and everything was so simple and easy for us. We will definitely be back!

Quiet, private and very relaxing place to unwind and enjoy the nearby beaches and hiking trails. Access was easy, located by a secured perimeter and quiet enough to hear the ocean from quite a distance. Small pond with a dock that faces west and was perfect for sunset dinners, bird and whale watching. An excellent place to unplug, slow down time and enjoy a different pace. We neither encountered or needed our hosts. The place was perfectly appointed with everything we required to be comfortable and was spot on set up for self sufficiency. Also worth noting: An excellent choice if you have a furry friend. Our twelve year old chocolate lab loves the pond, exploring the grounds and rollicking at the nearby beach parks. This was our second visit, even more enjoyable than the first and it will certainly not be our last.

Lovely place, very well stocked, plenty of room for 2 people. Fountain in the pond nice touch. If opportunity presents itself have Richard give you a tour of the gardens on their half of the property. We had a minor sink clog and he came right over (though it had resoved itself). Great place for a quiet getaway.

Richard’s place is amazing, if you want to scape from the noisy city and want some peace and relaxing place with stunning views. I just want to mention that the Internet wasn’t good at all, the Internet is poor so if you plan to stay there consider that any connectivity that you have planned won’t happen, like streaming, vide chats or conferences. Other than that the place is really good and we a joyed a lot with our dog 🙂
