自我介绍

I live and work in the Sevierville /Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area of the Great Smoky Mountains in East Tennessee. I am the owner/broker of New Direction Real Estate. I’ve owned my own real estate company since 2004. I LOVE selling the Smoky Mountains! It’s like being on vacation every day whether I am showing 2nd home buyers, investors, 1st Time home buyers or people who have decided to permanently relocate for jobs or to retire. I moved to Knoxville 30+ years ago to attend the University if Tennessee. I relocated 12 hours from home mainly to be close to the place I loved so dearly, the Smoky Mountains. It always felt like home. I loved the outdoors, the genuine people from the area, & the 4 seasons. My 1st year at UT didn’t afford me the luxury of a car, so I would go to the mountains whenever friends were kind enough to invite me along! I did start walking, I mean literally hiking when I started UT. My classes were up & down hills so I got a lot of endurance built up just going to class. When spring came that 1st year, I started walking 10 miles 2 nights a week to enjoy the outdoors & the beautiful spring flowers even if it was in and around campus. When my parents relocated to Gatlinburg 2 years after I started UT, my dad & I would plan a hike a week together in the Great Smoky Mountains. I will always cherish those memories! Sometimes we would plan a day with mom & go for a scenic drive & pack a picnic in the park. It’s those memories with my parents that tie my emotions to the area so much. I still enjoy picnicking, hiking and a nice drive in the National Park. I feel so blessed to live here & be able to share what I love to do in a profession that allows me to! I am very active in the communities doing hours of volunteer work each year, serving on Board of Directors for Sevierville Chamber of Commerce & an ambassador for Pigeon Forge & the Gatlinburg Chamber If Commerce. I’m literally “LOVIN LIFE IN THE SMOKIES” & I hope you will as well when you stay in one of our vacation homes!
