Renting from Ann will be a fabulous experience for all who may have the opportunity to share in her apartment community. She is a fabulous and gracious hostess, and the most kind human being. Ann will help you in anyway she can, and you will gain a valuable friend in knowing her. I did have a day of illness with stomach flu, and Ann went out of her way to provide me with delicious chicken soup that got me quickly back on my feet. What a true blessing she is! The apartment I rented was ground floor with a front entrance patio, which was convenient from the driveway. The driveway easily fits 4 small/midsize vehicles however my pickup truck is a 3/4 ton crew cab with a limited turn radius, so I did have to do some extra pulling up/backing up. But no big deal. The apartment was lovely for my 91 day stay. Very clean, and nicely decorated in a more traditional New England style. The furniture was nice, and very comfortable. Kitchen appliances were all great and user friendly, (Ann made certain I had a crock pot to use) although it took me a little trial and error to cook with an electric stove top. Lol. Pots and pans for cooking were fairly used so I purchased a couple of my own, mixing bowls were sparse, so I purchased a couple as well. All the plates, cups, bowls and flatware were very nice and pretty. Bathroom was perfect for me with a wrap around type counter/shelving that worked great for ladies hair and face products. The bed in itself was a lovely four poster, and very comfortable with very nice bedding supplied. Clothing storage great, dresser/chests/night table and lamps were very nice and complemented the apartment decor. The closet was very large, TV’s in bedroom and living room were perfect. Heating worked very well, and I was never cold. Air conditioning was a small portable room AC, which performed super for the bedroom (where it was located) however with the bathroom being completely on the opposite side of the apartment, the bathroom did not get or stay very cool, but it was tolerable as the apartment itself never did get too hot. I was allowed access to a full size washer/dryer which was right out my door in the laundry room. Very convenient and appreciated. The apartment is a little older with a lot of character. It could be somewhat quirky, but very infrequent, and Ann responded immediately to any of my calls. (Which were very few and far between. All in all, my stay was great and I very highly recommend!
