I was in town for work for a couple of weeks. This was ideal! Yes, there was a bit of noise from the downstairs, but nothing that caused me problems sleeping (had to be up and at work at 7am). Was so nice to have a kitchen and laundry facilities for a reasonable price. Would absolutely book again when in Maysville.

I’m a business traveler and get up early for work. As others have already noted, the apartment is above a bar. You can definitely hear the music, but I didn’t have any issues falling asleep. Larry gave me all the details up front, and everything worked as described. Would stay again.

It is above a bar and next to a nice diner. Everyone was friendly made me feel very comfortable! Would and will go back to visit.
