Array was friendly and a very good communicator. We ran into an issue with the bed and Array had it repaired by the time we returned. He asked if we needed anything a few times. However, it was not clear that this suite is within a larger rental. I assumed the owner was in the other part of the home. The 1st night the other guest was quiet. However, the next 3 nights there was loud cursing, yelling and slamming of the doors. There is a sound machine is in the room, but it did not block out the noise in the other rental. The suite honestly needed a good cleaning. The Keurig was dusty with a used k-cup lleft behind and used k-cuos in tge drawer. I was surprised about tje accommodations based on previous reviews.

Array was an excellent host, place was clean and nice!, great locattion , affordable price, defintely would be back next time i'm in jacksonville

Place was great for what I needed. Clean and well taken care of. Easy to follow instructions. Good neighborhood. Quiet and close to city but far enough away. Definitely recommend and will use again if available
