I was looking for a comfy place to stay for a few days near to the sea and the New Forest, Cassie's place was perfect! Very cosy, comfy and in a great location by the beach. Communication was fantastic, the guest house was clean, tidy and just what I needed for a few days relaxation! Would stay again! Jude

Fantastic location, with nearby parking off the main street. The appartment is far more spacious than the photos would suggest. There's plenty to do nearby, with lovely sights and locations all within a short drive. Overall we had a great stay!

Great location close to beach and within easy travel of Milford, Lymington and Bournemouth. Double bed was very comfortable and is perfect for anyone who is sensitive to getting too warm whilst sleeping [menopause etc]. No memory foam topper etc to cause night sweats. Electric heating available although we hardly needed to use the heating at all. Hot water is I think supplied via main house so takes a little time to come through, but once flowing is absolutely fine with good steady pressure. We were surprised to find how close the chalet is to the main house and studio, only about 25 feet. Only a problem when the singing studio is in use when a number of cars and clients are outside the chalet for a sort time during drop off and pick up. If you are only using the chalet as a base to explore the area, not a problem. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the chalet. Thanks to Cassie for leaving us milk, crisps and biscuits on arrival.
