Thank you for looking at this Property, check in time normally around 2pm because check out time is 12pm; Monday-Friday I work 9am-5pm check in time is around 2pm, I may not be able to clean your room prior Guest Leaves due to work and you will need to prepare room yourself using cleaning supplies, and clean bedding that you can wash or use clean bedding located on the shelves of laundry area. This Mobile Home Property offers Private Rooms with Keyless Entry & Lock, you are given your Personalized Private Code to use to enter Front Door and Your Private Room, in addition to Lock (the keypad has a lock icon you press to Lock the Door). Daily Ammentities Available: Washer & Dryer, WiFi, and Light Snacks. Heads up I will not be interested in renting out the rooms outside of this app so sorry no cash payments. Mobile Home situated Between Bell Rd & Greenway 67th Avenue near the Arrowhead Mall, walking distance to grocery store, shopping and public transportation. You can park your vehicle on premises or street in front of home. Its a single level with no stairs and no carpet, in addition, at this time no pets.
