terimakasih untuk pengalaman lebaran tahun ke-2 kami di unit apartment nya . Unit apartmentnya homey , fasilitas lengkap , aman , nyaman , bersih, tidak berisik,reception dan securty yang juga baik dan ramah . akses sangat mudah , ke mall , tol , maupun tempat ibadah .. @Arnold sukses selalu 🙏🏻

Arnold is a friendly host who responded to our messages & took actions promptly. The apartment is about 30 minutes from the airport. It is easy to find and the check-in/check-out process is straight forward. The place is as described & shown in the listing. There are 2 major malls within walking distance with a variety of eateries & shops. Free shutter service to Puri Indah Mall can be arranged at lobby conveniently.

Arnold's place is close to many malls, hospital, you can walk to Lippo Mall, Puri Mall, Pondok Indah Puri Indah Hospital. There is a convenient Indomaret. Parking is easy for our parents when they come to visit us. Arnold and Devi are ALWASYS VERY REAPONSIVE. We needed soap, toilet paper, extra towels. They pretty much just show up in front of the apartment. The apartment is equiped with many amenities, washer, lines to hang clothes. TV is nice and big. Beds are great except for one bed in one of the rooms, seems quite thin. The technician at the apartment was helpful showing us how to unlock the child safety for the hot water from the water dispenser. The water dispenser is a nice thing for us to get hot water, to make coffee, instant noodle. The lobby staff are courteous, helpful. When we order items from Tokopedia, they take care of our items after they are delivered. Our stay is nice. The only improvement is the cleanliness. Arnold did offer to send the cleaning staff to reclean.

Arvie was a great host! the place was very nice, clean and beautiful. our family enjoy the stay there. Thank you Arvie!

Nice and clean house definitely will come back, if you guys want to have a decent stay in Jakarta this is a place!
