Had a very pleasant stay at the Hollywood house. It was clean and everything is nicely organized. Casey is a friendly and responsive host. I would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival, (which our host let us check in early) we walked into a cold (52 degree) house. Reached out to Casey, he responded right away, sent out the gas company and then a repair man. A part needed to be ordered and unfortunately didn’t come in until we checked out. He did provide several space heaters, we were a little concerned, we were in the area to keep our grandkids, but they did keep the house warm. We felt the house needs some TLC, 1/2 bath doorknob kept falling off. The house is an older house, which was not an issue, but it needs a good cleaning. Casey is a great host as far as being attentive and quick to respond.

Second time staying at the Hollywood House, Casey is a great host and easy to communicate with. Always a great stay when to come up to see family.
