Great family stay! Plenty of room, peaceful surroundings, close to the lake for walks along the bush trail with our furry family member. Local shops nearby and not much of a drive to Forster. Toby was helpful and responsive. Would recommend this place if you are considering a stay in Smiths Lake.

What a beautiful part of the country! A good house in a lovely peaceful and private setting. We had a great 2 week stay at Toby’s property and visited a large number of beautiful beaches within easy access and distance from Smith’s Lake. While local supplies are available in proximity (Smith’s Lake, Bluey’s Beach), the township of Forster (an approx 25 minute drive) is great for supplies of fresh seafood and the full range of grocery and food supplies. There are also loads of cafes and restaurants in the area. Toby is an excellent host - very responsive, friendly and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful spot, beautiful property! We had a very enjoyable, comfortable and fun stay at Smiths Lake. Toby’s place is exactly as shown in the images and described in the description. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful house and easy water front access for cool afternoons playing at the lake’s edge. The house has a wonderful array of books, games and Netflix to help relax into the holidays. There is everything you need and the rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. Toby gives clear instructions and is super friendly. Well deserving of the super host status. I will be booking again!

Actually it’s a three bedrooms house - two ensuite and one big room with two partitions.
