We love it hear. This was our second time at Casa Tranquila So peaceful. Access to the beach. Pool is great. Has everything we need. Used Ricardo's recommendation for the Mangrove tour. It was fun and easy to book. I highly recommend.

My husband, our two adult children and their partners and I spent three glorious nights in this location. One of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to. Quiet and peaceful. Sweet little sleepy town. The house was wonderful. Very modern and as shown in photos.would stay again!

This house is fantastic! Ricardo and Beto were extremely helpful with local recommendations for food, rides and tours. Beto came to the house our first day to introduce himself and to see if we needed anything, he was very friendly and gracious, he even gave us a ride into town! He drove us through town and showed us the places we wanted to go before dropping us off. Everyone was so helpful and caring. The flamingo tour he recommended was amazing. Make sure you book a tour for sunset when the birds are coming in for the night, we saw SO many! There is also great bird watching from the house, I had a lot of fun identifying unknown species. The house was perfect, the beach was perfect, we felt completely safe and comfortable. The house is 6 km from town (roughly 4 miles), we did not have a car and were fine. We did the bulk of our provisioning in Merida, but there is a decent sized store and multiple local markets to buy food from in town. Lots of fresh fish and vegetables! Perfecto!
