It has 2 double beds, bathroom, cable TV, free refrigerator, safe, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils (dishes, cutlery and cups) and hairdryer. The structure of the building is incredible! Recently opened construction, on the top floor facing the beach, with an spectacular view, everything is brand new and of excellent quality, providing you with a peaceful and perfect stay! o apê da Andreia é localizado numa região maravilhosa, bem proximo de tudo e possui muitas coisas regionais em volta. Andreia também foi muito prestativa em todos os momentos, com certeza ao voltar para JPA eu procurarei me hospedar lá novamente!
Excelente localização. Vista linda da piscina para o mar. Andreia muito atenciosa e disponível. Apartamento com todos utensílios necessários e limpeza adequada.

A estadia foi bem tranquila, o apt oferece itens para cozinha, quarto bem tranquilo , cobertura do prédio contém piscina ótima com vista pra praia , bar onde pode pedir a bebida que quiser , a localização é ótima , nem 5 minutos andando pra praia, bem no centro de João Pessoa , recomendo demais.

The Loft faces the sea, on the top floor, with a beautiful view.
It has tv, fridge freezer, microwave, safe, some kitchen utensils (plates, cutlery, glasses, bowls, cups and coffee maker) all air conditioned and hairdryer.
Three housekeeping in the room (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) if you take these days in your stay, it is already included.
The leisure area is on the roof with a pool, lounges to relax and a rooftop with live music on weekends and bar and restaurant service.
It has a rotating garage
