Michelle was great. The home is exactly as pictured. Getting to stores, downtown Canandaigua etc. is around 10 minutes, tops. I was working remotely, and the internet was great. There are several options for work-areas. The fireplace was really nice and throws a lot of heat on chilly winter days! Although there are 2 bedrooms, only 1 has a bed in it (clearly noted in the listing). I'm not sure why the bed isn't located in the larger of the two bedrooms? It's also located in the same room as the washer/dryer unit. The closet in that room is awkward, so I used the empty bedroom's closet, and kept my luggage in there as well. The shower was great, though I was challenged as to how to get it going initially (but quick response from Michelle). There is no TV, which Michelle pointed out immediately when I booked - but this was not a problem. The bed pillows were very stiff and had a protective covering that was noisy - so I bought a couple new ones while there:) Bed was comfortable.

This place is cozy, clean, updated and in a gorgeous rural setting. The kitchen is well stocked and we had no problem cooking meals. The beds are comfy and all linens were fresh and clean. The TV has all the streaming services and was a good size. We’d love to stay here anytime!

The home was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. This was a great location to explore the surrounding area and even make a trip to Rochester to visit the museums. The weather wasn't conducive to us even visiting the backyard but it looked so peaceful and inviting. If we're ever back in the area, this would be our first choice for lodging.

I came to New York for my friends wedding with their family, and the place was accommodating for all people that came along. We had a blast with the fire pit, and the nightly dinners in the kitchen were amazing. This place comes highly recommended, and if ever back in the area would like to stay if available.
