A studio style casita with tall ceilings and an open air feel. Includes a Queen bed and a sleeper sofa that can be converted to a full-sized bed. (360 sq. ft) Community amenities: In Ground fire pit, portable fire-pit, two propane grills, walking trail, river access, hiking access next door for experienced hikers, hill access to swings. Kayaks, Tubes, and canoes available for rent at Brazos Outdoor Center. Each individual casita at Casa de Milagros offers you and your party a private stay with comforting conveniences such as a kitchenette (with microwave, coffeemaker, toaster oven, double hot plate, a crockpot, small fridge/freezer, plates, cups and cutlery), complimentary Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, comfortable mattresses to rest your head after a day exploring the Brazos River. All of our casitas have an external entrance and are named for different herbs that can be found around our property. It is a perfect space for an overnight personal retreat or even a longer term stay for a group.

Great place for a quiet weekend getaway
We enjoyed our stay and will be returning in the future.
This was the perfect place to stay for our Spartan race. Everything about the community they made (“the casitas”) was super cute. We even got to enjoy the short river trail, where there was this handmade wooden swing. It was so peaceful and beautiful out there. Would definitely come back again! The owners were extremely responsive from the beginning of check in to calling to make sure we enjoyed our stay. 10/10
great location, fire-pit and night sky !
We booked our stay last minute, reached out to the host ahead of time to let them know we had 2 service animals. Mary was quick to respond and welcomed us all. Arrival was very easy- we found the casita and the door was opened as described. PROS: Casita is as described. Convenient location to GlenRose and Grandbury; walk to river; host is responsive, soap provided was nicer than most. I think they sell their soaps too! CONS: BEWARE!! The two neighbor dogs that roam the property, while friendly to humans, are aggressive towards other animals. The mattress is uncomfortable, you can feel the springs (I’m petite) Pillows are subjective, if you’re picky bring your own. TV is Vizio- slow and unresponsive, only used at night so not a big deal. Overall, Mary was responsive and accommodating, the casita and property were beautiful, and would stay again!

This country retreat welcomes you to experience life outside of the city on a 15-acre property that sits on the edge of the Brazos River. Access to hiking trails just next door at a friendly bed and breakfast that is home to donkeys, dogs, and goats. It is a quiet neighborhood, where people really do come over to borrow a cup of sugar. We are just ten minutes away from the famous Paluxy River, Dinosaur Park, and Fossil Rim, and 45 minutes away from downtown Fort Worth.
