The place is lovely and cosy, and we felt very at home there. Lorna was a great host - clear communication and lots of info and suggestions for the local area too. Would definitely stay there again!

Lorna est une hôte très accueillante et très sympathique. Elle a pris le temps de nous montrer la maison ainsi que de nous expliquer où étaient les magasins, les choses aux alentours . Je recommande vivement.

Lorna was a great host and really easy to contact. Her place is in an excellent location. Lorna provided milk and tea for our stay but it wasn't the breakfast stated on the listing. However, I didn't enquire about this beforehand as we were already happy to get our own breakfast. We couldn't get the TV to work and I'm sure Lorna would have responded if I contacted her about it but we were out the majority of the time and didn't miss it. Her place is very spacious for two people and the downstairs rooms are lovely. The house just had a few niggles for us: the toilets didn't always flush very well, the shower was fairly weak and we couldn't shut all the windows fully for security. The location seemed quiet and safe but it's a little unnerving when you're used to different at home! The pictures on the listing exactly matched the house so we were expecting Lorna's stuff around but it was dusty in places. Overall though, I would recommend her place for a short trip to Glasgow!

Cosy and Great location for Cathcart station and close to family! The old smiddy is a great pub
