Always a pleasure staying at your places, this is our 3rd trip to San Antonio and every time we stayed at one of Blancas listing doesn't disappoint. We'll be back again this year for sure. Thank you.

The house was very spacious and clean. The main bathroom is huge and has great water pressure. The main bedroom is big and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The WiFi worked great here, as well. There is another building in the back that other people rent, so the whole property (back yard) is not completely yours. Parking is limited; can fit two vehicles comfortably. The location isn’t the greatest (neighborhood is pretty old and some buildings are rundown) but it was quiet and we felt safe there. It is also pretty easy to get to the highway or take an Uber/Lyft to the Riverwalk without having to fight for parking. The house was a great value for what we paid for.

Would definitely stay again and would recommend staying here great rental and plus next door is a taco truck with amazing food, also the bathroom is great to relax in afterwards.

Great place to stay. The kitchen has limited amenities, so if you plan on really cooking, then you’ll need to make a trip to Walmart. The bedroom door upfront needs another bracket to keep the door from coming off the track, potential hazard. Definitely recommend taking extra tissue and paper towels, as only one roll was provided for the kitchen; each bathroom had one full roll and a half one. We also weren’t able to get the code to the front door to ever work; they were able to get us in upon check in, but I didn’t want to keep calling about the same issue so we just used the back door. The neighborhood is very quiet, so we felt comfortable leaving it unlocked for while we were out. There’s a great soul food restaurant right across the street and an even better taco truck next door. Only 15-20 mins from JBSA Lackland, and central to other attractions.

The home was lovely inside. Just a short drive to the vibrant downtown San Antonio Riverwalk or if here to see something at the Alamodome it’s the perfect location. Although close to downtown restaurants and bars I would not recommend walking there due to the area. The home itself is lovely inside and recently remodeled. Although the materbedroom/bathroom were as stunning as they are in the pictures they were quite miserable due to the extreme cold weather outside and poor insulation in the home. During the day at 50 degrees outside it was bearable but at night when it was below freezing the heater could not heat that area of the home so we did not get to utilize the gorgeous tub too often. The host is very responsive so I believe this was just a learning curve with the first winter season of this remodeled property. I highly recommend this and other properties by this host as I have stayed in a couple before this one and always had a 5 star rating for my experience.
