The location was great - Easy ski in and ski out. Check in went quick and painfree. Although the room wasn't ready, we dropped our stuff there and hit the slopes. Parking was a bit of a hazzle, as the unit doesn't have a garange or a place to park outside. Parking is in a public parking spot across the road. The unit was very dated, and it had a musty smell in the bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped with whatever was needed, and appliances worked well. One thing that was a little annoying is that outlets were old, and couldn't hold a charger, or any plug in. The pull out sofa revealed dirt and evidence of not having been cleaned when we pulled out the bed. Also, it was not made up for a guest, and we had to request the bedding and make the bed. In summary, great location, but the unit was very dated and could use a remodel.

Solid rental that puts you in a spectacular location. This rental is all about the location and provides a good value for the price, especially being able to ski in ski out was worth it. It was also super clean upon arrival. While I felt safe in this location, I had slight concerns that there were no deadbolts other than the code entry (traveling with kids), and with relatively thin walls, my child had concerns about noises heard thru the shared door. Also, the kitchen seemed to have been updated in recent years but the bldg is dated and the unit smells dated. All in all just small notes, fantastic hosts and solid location and perfect rental for a small family of 3.

Very cozy and convenient place for people who are looking to ski since its right on the slope of snowmass. Staff was very kind and were very informative on the area. Overall a really good cozy and nice place to stay in snowmass.

Great quick trip! The place was very clean and just as advertised. Would absolutely come back and stay again.
