We used this house for a family holiday. Loved the beach and hiking at Crescent St Park, enjoyed kayaking at Pt Austin. House is in very quiet neighborhood--felt very safe. LAYOUT of house--two bedrooms with queen beds on ground floor. Full bathroom on ground floor, with doors both to largest bedroom, as well as to general space. Second queen bedroom has a curtain to close it off from the general space. Bedrooms upstairs have the single beds. Extra single bed (day bed) at top of stairs in a landing area. Upstairs bathroom with shower--door access is to general space--not connected to a bedroom. Place was clean, easy to enter. Bed were comfortable. Kitchen has RO water, which we appreciated. If you need the pack and play, be sure to confirm ahead of time about availability. House seemed quite lean on extra supplies like soap and toilet paper, so be prepared.

What a perfect place to stay! We had an amazing trip from start to finish. Reservation was easy, straightforward; the home was easy to find, clean, and exactly what we needed for 2 families of 4. Quiet but close to town, comfortable to spend time in, and a great value. Restaurants and shops in town were lovely--food was great, friendly, etc. The beach was perfect, too. We would love to return!

My husband, son, and their hunting buddies had a great stay at Jennifer's Caseville Cottage. The house was in a great location and was clean and comfortable for their group; there was lots of room for them to spread out. Jennifer is a responsive and conscientious host... I would not hesitate to rent her home again!

Spacious and well kept cabin. Good communication and easy check in and check out. A great spot for rest and relaxation.
