Great & relaxing place! Just like home!
We loved staying at this condo while enjoying Sandfest 2024! The welcome amenities were an extra nice touch that you don’t see many hosts putting time I. To supply, very nice added bonus and as an individual of the travel industry it’s the small fine details that make all the difference! Great location for the beach and festival! We will stay here again!
Place was beautiful with a great view. Looks exactly like the photos and would love to book again when in the area!
The place was nice, only point to make was coin laundry was an issue given there was no coin changer (bring your own quarters). Had all basic amenities and overall, pretty good and amazing access a view of the beach.

We are Jim Sokoloski and Chuma Jerome, your vacation rental hosts and founders of SWAY, a personal, vacation rental host marketing and management company for short term, vacation rental properties, currently located in Port Aransas, TX. We are a family owned business that sprung from our love of real estate, and passion for hospitality, business AND the beach! In 2017, we purchased a few properties in Port Aransas and have been successful in marketing and managing them. Our friends and neighbors noticed that we were taking our properties to the next level, guests were enjoying a better experience and they quickly asked us to manage their own piece of paradise in Port Aransas. As a result, SWAY LLC TX was born! Our name SWAY derived from our purposeful marketing and management plan that allows the owner and guest to relax - your stay will be amazing as a guest, and your property will be well marketed and managed as an owner.
