We really liked our stay at 305 room at Bill's place. Bill is a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a problem at the airport and Bill helped us with that (thank you again Bill) The flat is very clean, decorated with brand new furniture (sofas, a flat screen TV,) and has good air conditioning, spacious, fully equipped kitchen & a nice private bathroom. Hot water is always available with good pressure in the bathroom. More importantly room 305 has a huge window from the ceiling to the bottom, which was great. The bedroom was separate and there is a big, comfortable bed. The location of the flat is in a nice neighbourhood surrounded by Turkish and Romanian Embassies. Grand Park is close and there is a nice, big restaurant nearby the flat. You can walk to the city center in 15-20 mins so the location is great. There is a local market nearby and a good local place for a coffee esp in the mornings. The check in was easy and Bill helps with the late check-ins because there is a person who is available at his place (he is such a lovely person).
