This place is great for big groups! Plenty of room for us to all sit around and relax together. Beds were comfy, bathroom was a great size. The team enjoyed their time here and said how beautiful the surroundings were. Easy check in. Would recommend to anyone.

Lady Joe’s place is so reliable and beautiful as the travel time to Hamilton is 10- 20min. It’s very easy to reach from a town and for purchasing things, but the place assure that the joy of a country side stay. The house is so clean and tidy, we are guys of 10 members stay there, everyone enjoyed the night. It’s very easy to communicate with the host, as she replay for the message as well as calls for any enquires. Thank you Lady Joe for the great accommodation and services.

Great place for traveling groups to stay, heaps beds, cool big lounge room for everyone to sit around and relax and have a yarn. heaps of off road parking as we were travelling with 3 vehicles and car trailers. And just on the outskirts of Hamilton was really handy
