Jaime's apartment is well located within Quito and there are walking and public transportation options. It is located in a comercial area, so there is a fair amount of noise, and unfortunately within the building there were a few nights where the neighbours had parties up to 3AM and there was also neighboring early morning construction going on. Jaime was initially very responsive, let us check in early, however, when we wrote him about the parties in the building he stopped replying. It is important to note that the checkin and apartment needs are carried out by a family member of his. We also didnt realize that check out was at 11AM, and although we apologized and helped clean up the space to have it ready for the next guest, we felt kicked out and looked poorly upon by the family member. Not the greatest way to end a stay at an airbnb! With a few improvements, better kitchen equipment, a more accurate description of the place and better comunication, this place will be great!

buen lugar solo debería indicar que todo lo que se muestra en fotos tiene funcionabilidad, y el uso de las cosas con conectividad como la tv que no se sabe como funcionaba

Un lugar muy lindo y acogedor, muy fácil de llegar y con una hermosa vista de las montañas. Lo recomiendo mucho.
