I stayed in this Airbnb for 2 months . It has excellent City and partial Lake views and is located across the street from Union station, Scotiabank Arena and only two blocks from Rogers Centre. Restaurants, grocery and liquor stores are all located in the building. It's only a couple of blocks from the Harbour Front and Ferry access to Toronto Island Park. I found Hamid to be a good host and a nice guy and I recommend this Airbnb.

I warn you to avoid any of “Jess’s,” listings on Airbnb or otherwise. I hope nobody ever goes through what I went through. I have been with Airbnb for over ten years and this experience was horrific, out of a horror movie. Her place was filthy. It had not been cleaned in months, and the couch was full of disgusting stains which she tried to cover up with a throw partially. There was one disgusting stained sponge for dishes and a quarter bottle of dish soap, no toiletries for a months rental. The pots were rusted and dirty, not usable. There was nail clippings and hair and food crumbs on the rug and chairs. The place smelled terribly. So much dust on the bed headboard, frame, tables that you couldn’t even touch anything. She then proceeded to lie to me and Airbnb denying all of the problems and stating she had it professionally cleaned and steamed prior to my visit. Impossible and I have photo and video evidence of it all. The furniture had lots of wear and tear and her professional pictures hide it all. I only stayed one night out of my one month rental because I got in late and she had the lights all dim so you couldn’t really tell how bad it was. She stole my money and did not refund a penny, despite it not coming anywhere near standards that anyone would stay in, particularly during a pandemic. “Jess,” so she calls herself on here, has made sure to write up an iron clad cancellation policy and rule book that allows her to continue this hoax on Airbnb. Make sure to read all reviews for her other listings on Airbnb prior to booking anything and do yourself a favor and stay anywhere even a motel, prior to considering putting yourself in the position I was in. I read various reviews of her stealing peoples deposit as well and blaming past damages on them, not cleaning her place, stains all around, smells, lack of supplies, photos not matching the actual place. She will likely write a frivolous response denying all of this but I have better things to do than to make up the nightmare she created for me. Be careful and be forewarned.

The place was great and the location was central. The path can also be used which is within the building. Also there is very convenient access for public transportation and going to the airport. The interior is also very unique and interesting. Would definitely recommend it.

Great place! would recommend
