I cannot recommend the place enough. Host was very communicative and accommodating and welcome me with my cat, even allowed me to arrived earlier. I know Brixham quite well as I used to leave there so it was easy coming and going from the place. Also, my daughter lives near by so the property was perfect as could be at her house and in few minutes walk to check my cat. The flat is comfortable and just the right size, clean and with all the necessary equipment. Thank you Stephen for allowing me to stay at your place, it was like being at home away from home.

Lovely little place, really homely and spotlessly clean. Parking is a bit of an issue but didn't impact our stay.

Apartment in a great location to town. Bed very comfy, shower lovely and hot. Nice lounge area. Would definitely book again. Recommend this to friends and family

The flat was in an ideal location, easily walkable into the town and harbour. Plenty of pubs and restaurants. The flat had what we needed for our stay. We found the parking quite stressful as we couldn’t park to unload and when we did find a spot we decided not to move it for the rest of the stay but that was ok as we did lots of walking. There is a fair amount of noise from the upstairs flat and informed Stephen of this although we know this is not something he can control. Maybe we were just unlucky that week and they had lots of visitors. Stephens been very communicative and helpful.
