Ariaan's unit in Everett was fantastic! It was clean, spacious, matched the description, and was close to everything we needed. It comfortably fit our family and we felt at home at the unit. Ariaan is a proactive host who stays in constant communication with a guest, is patient, and gives clear instructions. I would highly recommend Ariaan's airbnb in Everett or any of his other locations as he is a great host.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. There were a couple of things that could have been better, and when we communicated them to Ariaan he responded appropriately and timely. The cord to the TV in the master bedroom was missing and Ariaan had one ordered and delivered the next day. There were not many dish towels and dish rags. Again, Ariaan had some ordered and delivered. When we went to use the vacuum we found that the plug was missing. Some of the information on the Airbnb app and what was provided elsewhere did not match (for instance one place said check-out time was 10 am and another place said 11 am, and though it was not needed the fire extinguisher was located under the sin instead of on top of the fridge). Ariaan explained that they were in the process of changing things and appreciated our pointing his attention to them. So there were a few hiccups, but Ariaan was gracious and handled everything as it came. We very much appreciated the quick response to communication and issues.
