Joel was a great host! He is very responsive and friendly. He helped us extend our trip and assisted with any issues we had. The house is good and it matches the description .It was clean although there were some small cockroaches in the kitchen, but he will sort it out. The location is close to everything, we did have a difficulty locating the bolt drivers to the property. Id advice to pin your location as Bermuda garden hotel and just meet them there. Other than that we throughly enjoyed our time at his property and we would book again.

I'd give 5 stars for everything, except there were bedbugs, but this is an ab&b, dfft people come n go. host is responsive, accommodating n friendly

We stayed here in August 2022 with our toddler. The location is close to the center but located in a quiet local neighbourhood. In the vicinity there is not much to do and it’s best accessible by taxi/car. It is also very quiet! Everything looked exactly as the pictures. The living room and bedrooms were good and comfortable. The bedroom could use a renovation/deep clean. The kitchen was OK but there was a dirty cloth on the counter top. Unfortunately there were shady guys hanging around the vicinity, one of them claimed to be the security whom we had to give the keys to. Luckily Joel told us to give the keys to Eva (nice lady) beforehand otherwise we would have believed it. Communication with Joel was good, he even let us check out very late against a reduced price.
