Like a crown jewel, this palatial 4,300 sq. ft. penthouse features two master suites with King beds and 2 other bedrooms setup either as King or 2 Twin beds, all with private bathrooms and expansive terraces off each suite, overlooking Turks and Caicos’ famous turquoise waters and pristine beaches. An oversized living space thoughtfully furnished by Restoration hardware and a fully equipped kitchen with in-suite dining for 8 make this the ultimate sanctuary to stretch out and unwind. For al fresco dining with the ocean as your backdrop, step out onto the oceanfront terrace with outdoor dining for 8.

Penthouse was very spacious. Amenities were easily accessible and never too crowded. We appreciate the flexibility offered to us by management. Our favorite part was watching the kite surfers each day form the balcony.

Be aware that the resort will charge you 15% of your airbmb price upon checkin. They communicated this to me as 10% prior to check-in (put in text of an agreement that required careful reading to find.) They were kind enough to refund the 5% that they had not communicated to me. They also indicated they will update their AirBNB description to make the 15% completely clear. Aside from this snafu, the resort is fantastic. We had a family of 5 and stayed in the penthouse. 4 of us kiteboard, but our daughter who is 9 does not. Everyone enjoyed the stay. The suite was very nicely designed, comfortable, and clean. Note, a benefit you get over other AirBNBs is they clean the apartment every day! This was a huge befit and much appreciated.

Guests have free parking on the premises. The resort is 8.9 miles/14.3 km from Providenciales Airport (PLS). If you like to explore and see things, we highly recommend renting a car as there’s no public transportation on the island. Or you can taxi around if you prefer.
