Our cozy home is the perfect place for groups up to 10. Equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a remodeled kitchen, 4 fully furnished bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 spacious living areas, and a gorgeous backyard w/pool & hot tub! Located on the Bench we are minutes away from the airport, BSU & downtown. Entering the safe and quiet neighborhood you will drive past a fun and friendly neighborhood bar Jumpin Janets & night club. Please note that parties are not allowed. This listing is for a completely private 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Our 2 story mid century modern home sleeps up to 10 people on 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, and 2 couches. There are no shared spaces. Here's an overview of the layout of our gorgeous home: | GROUND FLOOR | -Feel free to park on our driveway or along the street. Utilize our easy self check-in through our front door with a keyless entry pad. -Enter into our living area, which is connected to our dining and kitchen in a semi-great room set up. -The living room is equipped with ample comfortable seating and a Smart TV w/ local channels as well. -Cook delicious homemade meals in our remodeled well-stocked kitchen, featuring high-end appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, and a gas range. The kitchen TV has local channels only. We've stocked the cupboards with all the cooking essential utensils. -We have a cozy dining area with both a table that seats 6 and a counter height table for 4, to seat 10 total. -Down the hallway past the kitchen on the right, we have our first full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, which has been recently remodeled -There are 2 other bedrooms on the main level as well: One with a Queen bed, and one with a King bed. -Please note fireplace is not available for guest use. | BASEMENT | -You'll walk downstairs into our second living space downstairs with a Smart TV, movies and plenty of seating. There's also ample floor space if you have lot of kiddos sleeping in sleeping bags. -Downstairs is a third bedroom with a King size bed, and a fourth bedroom with a Queen size bed. -In the basement we have a second full bathroom with a standing shower -The basement also houses our laundry area with full-size washer and dryer -Please use the electric heaters in the bedrooms in the basement and refrain from using the wood burning stove. | BACKYARD | -Our backyard has plenty of cozy seating under our covered patio with an outdoor fan, perfect for family get-togethers or reunions. There is an outdoor TV available in summer months. -Feel free to use our hot tub year round -We have provided a propane grill for guests to use- be aware we do not refill the propane tank, so you will want to check to see if it is full before using. -We also provide a small grassy area for tossing a football or letting the little ones get their wiggles out! -Please note the pool is currently available for guest use -Please note the fire table is available for use but the propane is not guaranteed to be full due to prior use from previous guests.
