New and cozy house, located in a very quiet residential neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Serra de São José. The neighborhood is located near the center, more or less 1.5 km away. There are 05 rooms that accommodate 11 people (03 double beds and 05 single beds), kitchen (well equipped), living room, balcony on the second floor and balcony on the outside area with washing area, barbecue grill and parking for up to three cars. The space is well maintained and has a look that refers to the architectural style of the city. The kitchen has all the basics (glasses, cutlery, pots and plates) and also has an electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, sandwich maker and coffee maker. We also provide basic items such as sugar, salt, coffee, rice, beans, tea, oil, olive oil, vinegar and some spices. We also have all the utensils to make a barbecue.
