Beautiful nature with waterfall nearby. Basic but nice breakfast. Homey feeling, very happy to answer any question posed. Lovely host.

Our stay was fantastic, the balcony off our room is scenic and gorgeous. We got the opportunity to see many beautiful birds and hear their calls in the morning thanks to the location just out of town. Our hosts were fantastic, helpful and kind. The design on the buildings in beautiful, and the main area has a lot of information on Banos. We had booked several things to do in town so we did not need assistance aside from the occasional taxi, however there was whole display case of different things to do so if we didn't have plans we would not have been in a bad way, as the hosts definitely know what they are doing. I would choose the mountain suite over a fancy resort hotel again and again.

Listening to the waterfall as you fall asleep is so peaceful…great sleeps, super unique and artistic home, close to trails to waterfalls, great breakfasts….wonderful stay, would definitely book again :)

This place is amazing! Oliver and his brother were amazing hosts. The breakfast every morning was fresh and nutritious. They prepared fresh fruit and scrambled eggs with freshly baked croissants. The pictures of the lodge don't do it justice! The property is amazingly beautiful and relaxing. Oliver recommended a jungle tour with Oswaldo and it didn't disappoint. He took us into the Amazonian Rainforest where we swam under a breathtaking waterfall, met with the Wayuri indigenous tribe and made fresh chocolate paste. One important suggestion is don't belive the weather apps when preparing what clothing to bring. When we checked The Weather Channel said it was going to be cold and snowing on a couple of days and although it did rain a couple of times the temperature was around 70F everyday. We will be back to this amazing place!
