We stayed at this apartment for a summer and had a great experience! The rooms matched the online pictures exactly and were clean when we moved in. The location was safe and close to the beach, grocery store, and downtown LA. Also, the orange door team was very responsive to any maintenance the apartment needed!

Let’s just say finding the AA batteries in the draw solidify the amount of thought and details we had already been experiencing in the place, it was greatly appreciated. We felt comfortable and at home immediately upon walking into the space. It was clean and spoke to our esthetic of modern comfort. The extra towels and linen were a very nice touch. Everything we needed to feel at home and comfortable was included, even a potato peeler 😁(these things count). When we had an issue that needed to be attended to it was immediately resolved and we appreciated that as well. The only downside was not being able to share a calm evening/dinner at the apartment with more than 1 friend/family at a time. Other than that we most definitely recommend staying here. The hosts were very responsive. The place was clean and modern, suiting my tastes perfectly. It was well supplied with lots of TV channels, coffee, shower supplies, Q-Tips, and laundry detergent. Very conveniently located near LAX, with stores like Ralph's, Starbucks, Chipotle, Walgreens, and many more within walking distance. While the interior was spacious and stylish, they cut a lot of corners. The decor was nice but cheaply done, with a very uncomfortable couch, cheap bed and linens, and the knives were so dull I had to buy my own at a nearby Home Goods. Since I was staying a month and wanted to cook, I also had to buy a hot pad, a Teflon pan, and a salad spinner. While the location was very convenient, it's located behind a hotel. So there was a trash pickup right outside the bedroom every morning at 7am. But I got used to that, and the rest of the complex is quiet. Would I say there again? Definitely. I just hope they do something about that couch!

Great location in quiet neighborhood. In close proximity to major grocers and restaurants. Had a nice park just a block away perfect for going on walks. Interior was decorated well and kitchen is fully stocked and functional. Would stay again!
