We loved watching the manatees from our dining room.. close to parks, stores , restaurants The beds were very comfortable . We loved spending time in the wonderful courtyard. If we had any questions our host was very prompt to answer.

Great location. Private beach was nice with boat ramp & jet ski access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage had many amenities and was very clean. We could look out the front bay window and literally see manatees swimming up the channel. We also saw dolphins near the private beach and did some snorkeling. There are 2 other beaches to visit also nearby, John Pennekamp and Rowell Park. Cathleen was a great host and is quick to respond to any question or problem you may have.

We really enjoyed our time in Key Largo. There are two private gated beaches in the community that are really nice. The home is decorated extremely well. The kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay. I was disappointed with the consumable products considering we were staying for a month. We were given 1.5 roles of single ply toilet paper, two garbage bags, one dishwasher pod and one washing machine pod. I understand not supplying us with everything we needed for a month but one week would of been nice. We tried to use the grill. It ran out of propane half way through cooking our meal. Cathleen informed me the grill was there for their personal use and if we wanted to use it we had to supply our own propane. Prior to arriving I asked Cathleen if there were beach towels at the house. She responded back saying there were towels. The home has 4 bath towels. That's it. The master bedroom bed is very uncomfortable and squeaks loudly with all movement. Upon arrival we were told the living room chair was damaged by the prior guests and not to use it until it could be repaired. There was no effort made to repair the chair so the couch was the only place to sit in the living room.

Nice large beach home! Great kitchen, living area and bedrooms! Loved having a master bath in the bedroom, definitely a plus! Close to everything that you need! Wonderful, huge outdoor area for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather! We loved it!! Thank you!!

A very good place to stay. The place was very clean and the remodeling was done well. The yard is a great place to enjoy the weather. Across the road is an ocean canal where many manatees were seen during our stay. The setting is a small quiet neighborhood. It has a private beach which is nice but I would say best for younger children. Being in Key Largo, the location is great for visiting either the Everglades or farther south in the keys.
