We spent a couple of days here with friends. The location is very good. From hotel you can travel by scooter easily. If you want to enjoy peace and quiet, but still have access to activities, this is a good choice. The staff was really helpful and quick in their responses and actions. No matter how hard I try, I can’t think of anything negative to say about this accommodation. Service level 5/5! The price-quality ratio is spot on. Thank you very much for the accommodation and facilities. Greetings to the friendly staff as well!

Dealing with the Blue Salt team was fantastic - they responded quickly to questions and proactively helped us with providing transport, a driver and an itinerary for our stay in Lombok. The 2 ladies who run the villa were incredibly helpful - no request was to difficult for them and they went out of their wat to accommodate our family's needs and tastes - and they cooked some wonderful breakfasts - western and local ! The villa was kept clean and is generally well maintained and the rooms are spacious. The pool is nice and the beach is right there outside the back gate. My wife's only criticism was that be bathroom lights were weak and need to be brighter (for make up etc) :) They had no international plug adaptors - so bring your own - or - Blue Salt team - suggest you carry a few spare plug adaptors :) We did encounter quite a lot of mosquitos (it was the rainy season) - and the ladies were quick to supply mosquito repellant and mosquito coils which helped. Great experience !

Bluesalt Villa really grew on us. Especially with Omi & Kim attending to all our needs for the entire stay. Omi made us daily breakfast and afternoon snack. She was amazing with our kids and saying goodbye to Omi was really sad. I'd highly recommend this place to families. We were thrown a bit how far the place is from Senghigi itself but if you are adventurous there is plenty of eateries around, especially the Warung Hilal to the right. It was great just heading out barefoot and having your meal. The manager Joe was very responsive but if you are planning on using him for tours make sure you do your research first. As with many tour operators in those parts they often don't recommend local stuff but rather push you towards touristy restaurants and experiences. Can highly recommend a visit to the Ampenang markets. We even took Omi with us and she cooked us a delicious dinner that evening. It was a highlight. Thank you again team Bluesalt.
