An 8-seat dining area, shaded by umbrellas, allows for dinner with a view. As night falls, you’ll enjoy spectacular West-facing sunsets. Inside, a spacious living area blends minimalist, mid-century modern decor with cozy elements like comfy throw pillows and a plush throw rug, accented by a gas fireplace, for memorable evenings with family and friends. You’ll also have a large-screen SmarTV for movie nights. Just behind the living area, the stylish kitchen features high-end, stainless steel appliances, Caesar-stone countertops, and three high-top stools at the breakfast bar for easy socializing between the kitchen and living area. From the formal dining room, glass doors open onto the backyard for seamless indoor/outdoor living. On sun-filled mornings, brew a cappuccino, latte or espresso at the fully automatic machine in the kitchen, and step outside to start your morning with desert air and mountain views.
