what an absolutely lovely place. beautiful location, kitchen living area has a lovely view across the Moors and fields towards Burnley and will definitely use this again...the host is onsite and very helpful. and the walk to the pub was 15 minutes....bonus...

Amazing place to stay! it's in a really peaceful location, it was absolutely spotless & looks exactly like the photos. Loads of great places to eat & Pendle Hill is a short drive away if you fancy a walk too! Definitely would recommend staying here

This place is fabulous, the view over Pendle and Burnley’s rolling hills is breathtaking seen from inside the property and also nice to sit outside in the evening too. It’s close to many of the local walks including Pendle Hill and the lovely Clitheroe Castle and 4 parkruns within a 15 min drive. Food in the area is also first class including the nearest within walking distance. Hosts are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely stay again.

What a perfect place to stay. Matt and Camilla were perfect hosts and the annex had everything my family of four needed for a lovely four day stay. We will be back!

This was a great place to stay in a fabulous location! Matthew was great, super friendly with lots of tips on local places to eat, drink and explore. The accommodation is as exactly as it looks in the pictures and in an absolutely stunning, remote location. We’d definitely stay again!!
