This stay was amazing and Erin had a beautiful piece of property. It was a short drive to Panama City beach where we spent most our time. Quiet neighborhood. Felt safe. Erin sat everything up perfect and it is really easy to feel at home. Only small complaint I have is I wish there had been a full size mirror somewhere in the property and the spare room could use a small TV. But those are minor things and I would say the stay was perfect!

I was only there for one night. With that said, the location and the home were exactly what I was looking for. It was very clean, updated and convenient to downtown. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We come from West Virginia every year after Christmas and get to know a new part of Florida, the plan being to eventually move down in a few years. Erin’s place is Gulf Side, located in Panama City, across the inlet from Panama City beach. It has a local feel and is away from all the touristy glitz. There are multiple local dive bars and live music venues and restaurants within a 3-5 min walking distance of her place. If you want a more tourist type beach experience, it’s a simple 10 min drive. Erin’s place is completely spotless. I’m talkin’ eat of the floor, brand new everything. No details were spared, all the way down to the magnetic door stops. The bed was incredibly comfortable with clean, fresh sheets and adequate comforters. My girl and I are used to slumming it on the road, sleeping on boats, or tent camping. This was a luxurious treat at a very affordable price. Erin herself is approachable and friendly, available and onsite, but you wouldn’t know it. 10 out of 5 stars.
