非常棒的房间！房间好看设计合理，光照充足，我可以在厨房找到所有我需要的工具，地址位于市中心，几分钟就能走到景区。Nazina和其他租客们都非常友好。房间在四楼如果有很重的行李会有点累，但是值得，很高兴在这里度过一周！

I had a lovely stay at Jacopo and Diana's place, I was here for one month and felt right at home. They were very responsive and the check-in process was so easy. Diana always made sure I was fine and she provided a lot of good instructions on how to maintain the apartment. The apartment is shared with a mix of long term tenants and short term ones too, all of them were so nice! The room itself is bigger than the pictures shown here, and it was very clean and comfortable. Diana also provided fresh linen and towels as well. 100% would come back and stay again!

Great place to stay. There’s other people staying there but it all works out and everyone has their own space. Diana runs a tight ship and is extremely responsive. Key things to know: - It is on the fifth floor and there’s no lift, so hauling bags up and down is a pain. And, I’m spoiled with a garbage chute at home. Here you’ll need to take the stairs and go outside. - There are lots of house rules for cleaning, including throwing trash every day and wiping down shower after use. Tbh that’s more regular cleaning than I’d do for my own home haha. But, it works well for maintaining order among different guests. After trying the two extremes while in Florence, I’d rather have stronger house rules than less.

Un logement qui correspond à la description et aux commentaires laissés. L'accès se fait par un escalier, relativement facile à monter malgré les 4 étages. En profiter pour admirer les belles portes en bois. La chambre est lumineuse et très propre, sans vis à vis, ce qui pour moi est important. Les parties communes sont correctes : les jeunes femmes qui partagent le logement en assurent l'entretien hebdomadaire. Je les ai peu croisées du fait de nos horaires différents mais elles sont plutôt discrètes. Pour les personnes très sensibles au bruit, il convient de prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles. On est en ville et il y a forcément un peu de bruit. L'appartement est bien situé : à 35 minutes de l'aéroport en tramway + à pieds, à 5 minutes du marché central et à 7 minutes de la cathédrale. Tout est accessible à pied ou presque, ce qui est idéal pour découvrir Florence. Diana a été une hôtesse très réactive quand je l'ai sollicité. Merci pour tout. Je garderai un excellent souvenir ;-)

This was a wonderful stay. The place is just as advertised. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and incredibly conveniently located - a lot of the must-see sights are only a short walk away, and there are lots of restaurant options nearby. Diana communicated easily and clearly with me, and had some wonderful restaurant recommendations that I made use of. There are a bunch of stairs up to the apartment, which would not be ideal for people with heavy luggage or people who are less mobile, but it wasn’t a problem for me. I’d stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others!
