The unit itself was great, however dealing with 360 has been a nightmare. - we were hassled by a number of different people to provide a selfie w/ gov’t ID. We sent it in the Air bnb chat; then multiple other people from 360 sent messages asking for it again, Got confirmation it was received by one person, then 3 more messages asking for it again. - we had 2 additional guests for part of the stay; one stayed 2 nights, the other 4, no overlap. They charged us $450 CAD, won’t refund any back even though they can see via camera that they didn’t stay the whole trip. - they are claiming we had 7 extra guests because his aunt & uncle popped in to see the place & they had their cousin round for a beer one evening; having anyone inside the unit that’s not a registered guest is against house rules, though the rules do not clearly state this. We will NEVER rent another unit from them again. Not worth the headache and hassle when so many great places/companies out there.

We enjoyed our stay at St Martins House. The flat was spotlessly clean and very convenient. only a two minute walk to the station. Communication with our host was excellent and would recommend the flat without hesitation

The property is close to all amenities, it has everything you could need. Hosts were great responding immediately to all our queries.

We were in Ruislip for a wedding and this apartment was perfect! Really spacious and a great location. Would certainly recommend.
