Lovely and spacious apartment located in the center of the city, but very quiet, only birds chirping in the morning. The apartment is in an old building with wooden ceilings which I absolutely adore! Nice balcony with beautiful view and a lot of sunshine in the morning, well equipped kitchen and bathroom - you can find everything you need here. The host Ludovic is easy to communicate with. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone coming to Ulm!

Great place with really spectacular view. Cozy and left the feeling you're at home. Central location in the old part of the town on the walking distance to Ulm Minster.

It was a great experience staying at Ludovic’s house! Its location is perfect, very close to the center and in a very quiet street. The apartment itself it’s beautiful, I stayed 4 nights with my partner and we both loved it! Everything we needed was available. Comfortable bed, sofa, kitchen, terrace and living room! There’s even a small space within the living room where I could do my yoga practice. Bathroom also very comfortable, all clean! If we ever need to rent an apartment in Ulm again we will definitely repeat!

Had a fantastic visit! Ludovic’s place was just as described, impeccably clean, and ideally located. From quiet mornings (church bells aside!) on the balcony to cozy evenings, everything was perfect. Check-in/out was easy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! I hope to return some day!

Incredible apartment and incredible host. My expectations of the apartment were exceeded. I got in-love with design and the spacious feeling. The host was super responsive with clear instructions. The check in/out was more then flexible they work with a locker so I didn’t have to wait for anyone. If I am coming back, I am definitely booking that one again.
