This was the perfect little weekend getaway for our girls & pups reading retreat! We were able to make all our meals in the kitchen and cozy up with a book and our fur-babies in a peaceful, nicely decorated home. Thank you, Nicole, for being such an amazing host!

Comfortable and cozy space on a beautiful lake! My only complaint is that we didn't have more time to explore the area. Thank you Nicole for this place!!

Second time we’ve stayed and would continue to return. Cabin was cozy on the cold weekend and enjoyed the firepit. Close walk to the water and short drive to state parks. Lots of nice touches and feels like home away from home.

Cute lil A-Frame! The listing was exactly as described and had all the essentials. As a female who forgot feminine products and a blow dryer both were provided! It rained all weekend otherwise we would’ve LOVED to use the fire pit it looked so cozy. The cabin is chilly upon entering since it uses heaters to warm up but it got cozy warm after we got everything plugged in. Our dog had a delightful time romping around in the back. The lake is a short walk! And we had an amazing hike when rain the let up at the ice age trail. We enjoyed heading to 3 sweets bakery for some morning coffee and small town charm each morning. Great stay! Only con was there was a bunch of dead flys, but we found they were coming from the windows at the top of the frame and with an old cabin there isn’t much that could be done about it. Nothing a little sweeping didnt fix!

From the decor to the amenities to the guidebook, Nicole thought of everything to make our stay as relaxing as possible. The home was pristine, comfortable, cute, and exactly what we needed for the weekend.
