1. There are two of the cutest and most friendliest cats you would LOVE to play with. 2. They have a waste sorting system right at the place so it's easy to clean. 3. The host is very friendly and helpful in arranging tours. 4. They provide you with a simple breakfast. 5. Their kitchen is stocked with basic ingredients and cutlery. However, you might not be able to use them really late at night once the gate is closed. 6. They clean your room without even requesting for the same. Would definitely recommend this place. Overall worth it for the price and hospitality they provide.

Fine as a place to rest the head for a couple of nights in Ao Nang for the price. It is quite a bit away from the beach about 20-25 mins walk which was a lot in the heat! Not too many Grabs around but there were tuk tuks - Would be fine if you rented a scooter! Quiet location. Room was generally clean but couple of ants here and there.

I couldn’t have been happier to have found Simple House. Gun, Jin, Sao, and the whole team were professional, proactive, and incredibly welcoming. They fostered a lovely community that I felt privileged to be a part of for even four short nights. I recommend wholeheartedly and will be back soon!
