When we arrived at the home it was very very dirty the kitchen was filthy and some of the bedding was stained and smelt like urine. The sauna and the jacuzzi were broken. We complained and then they came on Sunday and fixed the sauna and put some tape around the broken part of the jacuzzi so we could use it. Everything worked fine Monday but then Tuesday night the hot water stopped working and the pool stopped heating up. Someone came to the house on Thursday and said it was fixed but it still didn’t work and when we called he refused to come back to the house because he said we needed to give it time to heat up. It still didn’t work Friday so someone else came to the house who then told us it was not fixed at all. He fixed it Friday afternoon. We didn’t have hot water for 3 days. And the pool was so cold that our kids aged 2 and 4 could not be in pool. Out of 7 days our family could use the facilities for only 2 full days. We have made a complaint, so lets see what happens …

Das Haus war super für die Abschlussfahrt meiner Handballmannschaft ! Man hat einfach seine Ruhe und nichts von anderen Nachbarn ( falls man das aus der Entfernung sagen kann) gehört oder diese von uns. Wichtig wäre es zu wissen, dass die Ableser in der Komode versteckt waren, zwischen Pool und Wohnzimmer. Leider waren die Duschen sowie die Küche nicht zu 100% sauber, aber das hat uns nicht allzu sehr gestört. Im Pool lag bisschen Sand, aber war auch kein Problem für uns. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !
