This place has a loads of good karma. It's a wonderful cottage experience with all the benefits of city living. Literally, steps away from green grocers, an excellent meat market, the subway, bike paths and public library. The restaurant scene is probably good too, but I didn't explore that because the house has an amazing gas stove and I love to cook. From the outside, this little house is deceptively humble. Inside, it is a cozy loft-style home with open stairs leading to a generous bedroom and deck and an expansive bathroom and an elevated bathtub/shower (be careful). The kitchen opens up to a generous backyard through double doors. This is an anti-condo experience. So many little things make this space special, like built-in bluetooth speakers, interior lighting options that can change the mood of the space in an instant, wood floors and ceilings and an exposed brick wall. Charlotte is communicative and responsive to emails. This is a perfect getaway.

Had a really nice stay here! Such a perfect location, close to the subway and downtown, but still private and on a quiet street! Really nice to have some outdoor space and parking as well. There was everything you would need and Charlotte was so very kind and helpful. Only downside were the neighbours being a bit loud. Since the house is attached to another we could often hear the neighbours. Did not bother us during the day, but would sometimes wake me up early in the am as I am a light sleeper. I would still come back to stay and do highly recommend. :)

Wonderful accommodation in Toronto. Excellent choice for traveller who would like to park their car outside the house. The location is also fantastic if you will travel by TTC. Extremely convenient.

Perfect stay at Charlotte’s home! The location was perfectly situated for our needs, minutes walk to the Danforth and public transportation, and had all amenities for a comfortable long-term stay. Charlotte was a very responsive and accommodating host for anything we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a short or long term rental option in Riverdale!
