Ivy’s home was very clean and larger than expected once going inside! The decor and number of seating areas were great for families. Although it is a shared rental (owners downstairs), we did not see or hear from them which was ideal.

Fantastic place, clean, spacious, quiet with a very private feel, and away from the hustle and bustle of the typical Williamsburg resorts. My family used Ivy's place as we explored the area and did the typical Williamsburg activities -- Busch Gardens, Historic Landmarks, etc, which are all about 15 mins away. The host was very responsive and friendly, and we had a smooth experience throughout the weekend. It's the perfect place if you'll need 3 or 4 bedrooms (one bedroom is a rec room with a pullout couch that the kids used) and want to stay all together. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The home was very clean and spacious. We felt very comfortable during our stay and had everything we needed. The host was also very friendly and responsive to our messages.

Ivy's place was exactly as described and pictured inside. Plenty of room, very nicely furnished and super clean. Kitchen was well equipped and well labeled. Primary bathroom was especially nice. great living room and a cozy family/TV room. Plenty of outlets throughout. One thing to be aware of if you are a super light sleeper is the regular early morning traffic on the room. Each bedroom room is equipped with sound machines, which likely will take care of any issue that visitor might have.
